DescriptionField Service Technician I is responsible for performing installation maintenance technical support and repair tasks on equipment and systems at customer sites. This role supports senior technicians and service Engineers in delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Perform installation testing and commissioning of equipment at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of mechanical electrical or electronic systems.
- Document service activities including work performed parts used and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and provide updates.
- Support senior technicians & engineers in complex service tasks and learn advanced techniques.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Drive timely identification investigation resolution root cause analysis and replication of technical issues
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all field operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain tools equipment and service vehicle (if applicable) in good condition.
Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Electronics or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field service or technical support on multi systems such as control systems or automation technologies Security and CCTV system etc.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently work flexible hours and travel frequently.
- Valid drivers license (if applicable).
