Job Summary
Are you passionate about creating extraordinary events that leave lasting impressions Were seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Executive - Outside Catering to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our organization youll be responsible for planning coordinating and executing high-profile events that exceed client expectations and showcase the vibrant culture of Dubai.
- Develop and manage comprehensive event plans timelines and budgets for a diverse range of corporate and social events
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional event experiences
- Coordinate with internal teams vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle incoming event inquiries professionally through multiple channels
- Create detailed event proposals including venue selection function planning menu curation and accommodation arrangements
- Maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction
- Manage on-site event operations ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event offerings
- Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports for continuous improvement
- Assist in developing sales forecasts and strategies to achieve departmental targets
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality or a related field
- Proven experience (3 years) in event planning and execution preferably in the luxury hospitality sector
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices
- Flexibility to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with Dubais culture regulations and event landscape (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
