DescriptionRole: Sales Consultant
Role Purpose:
To achieve or exceed set commission targets to build business relationship with developers owners and real estate companies and to comply with the related rules and regulation in ADIB and the government.
Key Accountabilities of the role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet or exceed commission targets set by management.
- Approach thedevelopers/ owners for listing and projects briefing.
- Arrange the required pictures/ information for advertisement.
- Attending leads assist the potential buyers understand their needs and inquiries follow up to ensure closing the leads.
- Provide possessional customer service.
- Arrange the required documents for the MOU and commission invoice.
- Prepare the MOU along with the other documents and get it signed by all parties.
- Follow up with the listing coordinator to issue the commission invoice and share it ith the buyer owner or developer.
- Advice clients on legal rights market conditions property valuations requirements on the particular property and discussing circumstances of the nature of transaction.
- Be loyal to both parties provide full info treat and handle rightfully.
- To be aware of the government rules and regulation and comply with both ADIB and government related rules & regulations.
- Approach prospective owners/ sellers to build business relationship.
- Deal with external sub-brokers when required.

- Understanding and complying to MPM ADIB and the government rules and regulations.
- Building relationships with developers owners and real estate companies.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Excellent Communication skills in English or Arabic (any other language is an advantage)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Analytical skills
- Awareness of the government laws.
- Good knowledge of Outlook Excel PowerPoint CRM ..etc.
- 0-1 years of experience for Sales consultant
