Job Summary
- Restoration and maintenance of the full HR administration cycle: HR documentation military registration occupational health and safety and fire safety.
- Maintaining a database of employment and service contracts across different jurisdictions and cooperation formats (employment B2B etc.).
- Monitoring deadlines for signing renewals and document relevance; supporting the entire document workflow.
- Interaction with international HR partners and outsourcing platforms (e.g. Deel Remote).
- Development and regular updating of internal regulations and documents in accordance with business requirements and legislation.
- Advising employees on employment and documentation issues.
- Supporting international hiring processes and providing assistance at all stages.
- Supporting the operational activities of the HR department.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience as an HR Admin or in a similar role.
- Experience in restoring HR documentation.
- Experience with military registration occupational health and safety fire safety and interaction with government authorities.
- Proficient in Excel: formatting setting up complex formulas interconnected sheets and documents.
- Experience working with payroll.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data: analysis preparation of analytical reports and data visualization.
- Experience with HR analytics and understanding of key metrics.
- Experience working with HRM systems.
- Basic understanding of labor legislation in Europe Asia USA.
- English language at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
