- Lead and motivate a team of F&B staff fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee daily F&B operations ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance menu offerings and improve overall dining experience
- Manage inventory control costs and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items and seasonal promotions
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular team training sessions to improve skills and maintain service excellence

Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in menu planning inventory management and cost control
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and budgeting tools
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Food Safety Certification required
- Knowledge of current food and beverage trends particularly in the Dubai market
- Familiarity with diverse culinary preferences and dietary restrictions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisive decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
