We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Officer to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our People & Culture department you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture driving employee engagement and ensuring effective talent management strategies.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts including recruitment interviewing and onboarding of new employees
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance Heartists skills and career growth
- Oversee employee relations addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement retention strategies
- Maintain accurate P&C records and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
- Analyze P&C metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Act as a culture ambassador promoting company values and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in HR or a similar role preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition performance management and employee engagement
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge of best practices in employee development and training
- Understanding of UAE workplace culture and diversity
- SHRM or CIPD certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
