General Overview:

We are working with a reputable organization in Dubai to hire a proactive UAEN for entry-level roles in Operations and Administration. This is an excellent opportunity for high school graduates diploma holders or fresh graduates who are eager to start or grow their career in a professional corporate environment and are available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth business processes.
Handle documentation data entry and record maintenance with accuracy.
Communicate effectively with internal teams customers and external stakeholders.
Assist in resolving operational and service-related inquiries.
Follow company policies procedures and quality standards in all tasks.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
Adapt quickly to changes in processes or business requirements.

Key Requirements:

UAEN with Family Book (mandatory).
High school diploma or bachelors degree qualification.
12 years of experience in operations administration or customer service (preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
Organized detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
