Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
Charge Nurse:
- Supervise and coordinate the nursing team ensuring efficient patient care.
- Manage patient assignments staff performance and patient flow.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards.
Clinical Nurse:
- Assess plan and deliver patient care.
- Administer medications monitor vital signs and document patient progress.
- Provide emotional support and patient education.
Patient Care Assistant:
- Assist with daily activities mobility and basic clinical tasks.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.
Critical Care Nursing Manager:
- Oversee care for critically ill patients ensuring rapid interventions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
- Manage staffing resources and ensure high standards of care in critical care units.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex medical conditions to patients and families.
Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
Strong clinical decision-making skills and attention to detail.
