What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards social media and networking.
- Proactively develop candidate pipelines for key functions and skills.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
How You Will Do It
- Utilize your expertise in recruitment to streamline the hiring process ensuring timely and effective candidate selection.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Execute and enhance the recruitment process to achieve KPIs and Time to Hire goals.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels strategic talent pipelines and AI enabled platforms.
What We Look For
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of agency or in-house recruitment experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful relationships.
- Ability to solve problems in the recruitment process and implement creative solutions.
- A consultative mindset and business partnering approach.
- Highly proficient in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter features to source top talent.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Fluent in Arabic.
- Experience in recruiting technical sales and engineering professionals.
- Emiratization hiring experience.
