Job Summary

International Community School is a leading educational institution in the United Arab Emirates offering a high-quality British curriculum to students from diverse cultural backgrounds. We are currently seeking a full-time Student Supervisor who is a UAE National to join our team.

Position: Student Supervisor - UAE National

Contract Terms: Permanent

Position Type: Student Supervisor

Curriculum: British

Education Stage: Whole School

Supervise students during arrival dismissal breaks and transition between classes.
Maintain discipline and ensure student safety in classrooms corridors playgrounds and other school areas.
Support teachers and administrative staff in managing student behavior and attendance.
Report incidents or behavioral concerns promptly to the relevant Section Head or School Counselor.
Encourage students to follow school values and show respect towards staff and peers.
Monitor visitors and ensure school safety protocols are followed.
Provide general assistance during school events assemblies and activities.
Collaborate with the pastoral care team to promote student wellbeing and positive behavior.

Requirements

UAE National (Emirati) mandatory.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Education or related field
At least 2 years of experience working in an educational setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers staff and parents
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
