International Community School is a leading educational institution in the United Arab Emirates offering a high-quality British curriculum to students from diverse cultural backgrounds. We are currently seeking a full-time Student Supervisor who is a UAE National to join our team.
Position: Student Supervisor - UAE National
Contract Terms: Permanent
Position Type: Student Supervisor
Curriculum: British
Education Stage: Whole School
- Supervise students during arrival dismissal breaks and transition between classes.
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety in classrooms corridors playgrounds and other school areas.
- Support teachers and administrative staff in managing student behavior and attendance.
- Report incidents or behavioral concerns promptly to the relevant Section Head or School Counselor.
- Encourage students to follow school values and show respect towards staff and peers.
- Monitor visitors and ensure school safety protocols are followed.
- Provide general assistance during school events assemblies and activities.
- Collaborate with the pastoral care team to promote student wellbeing and positive behavior.
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) mandatory.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Education or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers staff and parents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
