Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Concierge Agent (Emirati Talent) to join our prestigious hospitality team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our front-of-house staff you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests ensuring their stay is memorable and their needs are met with the utmost care and attention.
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival offering assistance with luggage and providing information about the property and its amenities
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently demonstrating a thorough knowledge of local attractions dining options and cultural events
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain an organized and tidy concierge desk ensuring all materials and resources are up-to-date and readily available
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Provide personalized recommendations tailored to each guests preferences and interests
- Stay informed about local events attractions and changes in the hospitality industry to offer the most current and relevant information to guests
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times representing the hotels brand and values
Qualifications :
- Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office and hotel booking software
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of UAE culture local attractions and luxury hospitality standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Emirati nationality (as specified in the job title)
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
