Job Title: Project Engineer Interior Fit-out

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from start to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients consultants subcontractors and internal teams to ensure project delivery within time cost and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan execute and monitor interior fit-out projects in line with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with design procurement and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with quality safety and project schedules.
Review and interpret technical drawings ensuring accurate implementation on-site.
Prepare project reports progress updates and documentation for management and clients.
Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of works and materials.
Identify and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with consultants and project managers.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all stages of project execution.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (preferably in the UAE).
Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods materials and finishes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project scheduling tools.
Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
