Position: HR Executive

Preferably from logistics background.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and manage a small HR team.
Handle end-to-end recruitment onboarding and induction processes.
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practices.
Manage employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company standards.
Support management in manpower planning succession planning and organizational development.
Monitor attendance leave management and payroll coordination.
Conduct performance appraisal cycles and assist in setting KPIs and employee development plans.
Plan and execute employee engagement recognition and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with UAE (or relevant countrys) labor laws and company regulations.
Prepare HR reports analytics and dashboards for management review.
Liaise with external agencies government departments and auditors for HR-related documentation and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
58 years of progressive HR experience with proven team leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of HR operations labor law and HR systems.
Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. Oracle SAP or Zoho People).
Preferred Attributes:
Professional HR certifications (CIPD SHRM CHRP) are an advantage.
Experience in handling both strategic and operational HR functions.
