Job Summary
- Greet guests with a friendly welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations in a courteous manner.
- Set up and maintain poolside furniture including chairs towels umbrellas and tables.
- Assist guests with pool-related inquiries or concerns offering recommendations or guidance as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the pool area by picking up trash wiping down surfaces and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
- Take guest orders provide recommendations and deliver drinks promptly.
- Check guests identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age requirements.
- Handle cash transactions process credit card payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor guest consumption and maintain responsible alcohol service standards.
- Suggest menu items promote daily specials or highlight seasonal offerings.
- Ensure that guests are satisfied with their drinks and services throughout their visit.
- Respond promptly to guest needs such as providing towels replenishing drinks or ensuring seating arrangements are comfortable.
- Monitor pool area for any safety hazards and address any risks promptly.
- Report any accidents injuries or incidents to management and follow appropriate safety procedures.
- Ensure the area is compliant with health and safety regulations including pool hygiene standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality setting is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
