Guest Service Management:
Ensure a welcoming friendly and professional atmosphere in the Lobby Lounge.
Address and resolve guest complaints concerns and special requests promptly.
Maintain high service standards to exceed guest expectations.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g. kitchen housekeeping) to fulfill guest needs.
Team Supervision:
Assist in managing lounge staff including waitstaff bartenders and hosts.
Train mentor and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance.
Assign and review daily duties ensuring adequate staff coverage during peak hours.
Conduct performance appraisals and assist with hiring processes as needed.
Operational Efficiency:
Oversee daily operations ensuring the lounge is clean well-stocked and organized.
Monitor inventory of beverages food items and supplies; place orders as required.
Ensure that health safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
Monitor the use of equipment and the cleanliness of the lounge ensuring it meets brand standards.
