- Maintaincleanlinessorderandoperationaldisciplineinthewarehouse
HSECompliance&RiskMitigation
Ensurewarehousesafetyandregulatoryadherence
- EnforceHealthSafetyandEnvironmental(HSE)protocolsinwarehouseoperations
- Conductperiodictraininganddrillsonemergencyproceduresandequipmenthandling
- Identifyandreporthazardsorunsafepracticesimplementingcorrectiveactions
Vendor&TransportCoordination
Managethirdpartylogisticsanddispatchalignment
- Liaisewithtransportationproviderstoensuretimelydeliveriesandpickups
- Monitorservicelevelsoflogisticspartnersandraiseperformanceconcernswhenneeded
- Ensureproperdocumentationofincomingandoutgoingshipments
TeamSupervision&WorkforceDevelopment

- Assigndailytasksmonitorperformanceandprovidefeedback
- IdentifyskillgapsandcoordinatetrainingwithHR

RequiredSkills&Qualifications
Provenexperienceinwarehouseorlogisticssupervision(35years)
Strongunderstandingofinventorycontrolsystems(ERP/WMSexperiencepreferred)
KnowledgeofHSEpracticesandregulatorycompliance
Excellentleadershipandteamcoordinationskills
Abilitytooperateforkliftsandotherwarehouseequipment(certificationpreferred)
Strongorganizationalanddocumentationskills
Training&DevelopmentRequiredfortheRole
