Description

Ontime Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Veterinary Physiotherapist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to a variety of animals helping them recover from injuries surgeries and manage chronic conditions. Your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for our furry patients through personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • - Conducting thorough physical assessments of animals to identify mobility issues and rehabilitation needs.
  • - Developing and implementing effective treatment plans that incorporate various physiotherapy modalities including manual therapy therapeutic exercises and electrotherapy.
  • - Overseeing the rehabilitation process and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on animal progress.
  • - Collaborating with veterinarians and other veterinary professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • - Educating pet owners about their animals treatment plans rehabilitation strategies and the importance of preventive care.
  • - Maintaining detailed records of patient assessments treatments administered and progress updates.
  • - Staying updated on best practices and advances in veterinary physiotherapy to continuously enhance services provided.


Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy or a related field.

- Valid certification and license to practice as a Veterinary Physiotherapist.

- Previous experience in veterinary physiotherapy is highly desirable.

- Deep understanding of animal anatomy physiology and rehabilitation techniques.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with pet owners and care teams.

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to animal care.

- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborate effectively with other professionals.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing patient records and reports.

- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth in veterinary care and physiotherapy practices.
