About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of IT to lead our clients HQ in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems implementation especially with a deep understanding of SAP (preferred)and a proven ability to align IT strategies with business objectives. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the companys IT operations infrastructure and systems.
Oversee end-to-end ERP implementations with a focus on SAP or similar enterprise systems.
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organizations goals.
Manage IT budgets resources and vendor relationships.
Ensure data security compliance and business continuity planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and drive innovation within the IT landscape.
Provide leadership mentoring and direction to the IT team.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle ERP implementation projects; SAP experience is highly desirable.
Strong project management budgeting and vendor negotiation skills.
