Our client is an innovative real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai United Arab Emirates and specializing in business development and sales of different types of real estate ranging from ready-to-move-in units to off-plan properties. With over a decade of experience in the United Arab Emirates our client provides personalized client-focused real estate solutions.

Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent full-time position of Real Estate Sales Manager based in Dubai United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage the real estate sales team;
Develop and execute strategic sales plans;
Guide agents to achieve their targets and close deals;
Build and maintain client relationships;
Ensure team compliance with RERA and DLD guidelines.

Requirements

Key requirements:

Proven real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai;
Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
Knowledge of Dubai s real estate market trends and regulations;
Bachelors degree in Sales Business or Marketing (relevant certifications a plus).
