Location: Dubai UAE
We are partnering with a Fintech client who is seeking a dynamic Regional Director to lead and expand its business across the GCC region. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for driving growth managing client relationships and overseeing regional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business operations and regional strategy across GCC markets
- Drive market expansion and client engagement in partnership with local and global teams
- Build and maintain senior relationships with banks regulators and enterprise clients
- Oversee execution and successful delivery of large-scale software roll-outs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals
Requirements
- 15 years of experience ideally in enterprise software financial services or fintech
- Strong background in enterprise sales or business development with progression into broader leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and navigating large organizations
- Experience overseeing multi-market software delivery and post-sales engagement
- Exposure to P&L or regional business ownership is an advantage
- Deep understanding of the GCC market especially within banking or financial services
