What you will do:
You will promote customer satisfaction and develop strong client relationships through a deep understanding of our HVAC service model and the specific support needs of each customer.
You will deliver virtual advanced and innovative refrigeration doing so youll collaborate with an international team of Solution Engineers with expertise in refrigeration diagnostics general HVAC diagnostics vibration oil refrigerant and motor current analysis. The future focus is on artificial intelligence and advanced machine learning.
You will carry out preventive proactive and predictive maintenance as well as general servicing of chillers (including detailed troubleshooting). You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through direct on-site engagement.
How you will do it:
- Review the Connected Equipment Portal / dashboard analyze data and create reports and recommendations for branches and customers
- Diagnose complex refrigeration systems
- Provide feedback on the serviceability of our chillers and the Connected Equipment Portal
- Collaborate with field service teams and support the connection of refrigeration systems
- Provide area-specific playbooks for delivering virtual services
- Advise customers using collected data and site assessments. Propose retrofits upgrades and improvements to existing systems. Support sales by providing technical recommendations
- Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure high satisfaction. Inform customers about services delivered and open issues; recommend system upgrades or replacements
- Coordinate with the local support center when issues arise
- Plan and conduct training sessions for our branches and refrigeration experts on virtual chiller diagnostics and the Connected Equipment Portal. Gather technician feedback for continuous improvement
- Provide input guidance and participate in the OpenBlue platform roadmap and enhancements especially to improve features and functionality for maximum customer value
What we look for:
- Solid experience in diagnosing maintaining repairing and troubleshooting refrigeration systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems building automation and energy management and monitoring systems
- Ability to solve complex operational and maintenance issues and engage with customers
- Willingness to travel
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset for developing and launching new services
- Good computer and app skills
