Our Pressure Pumping Product Line is a vital player in the well construction delivery and we aim to exceed clients expectations in our Baker Hughes operations.

Pressure Pumping a partner of well construction designing new types of slurries to be greener and more competitive. Working to client demands with focus on service delivery. New foam package introduced at global level to reduce footprint at the rig site.
As a Lead Services Specialist you will be responsible for:
- planning and execution of field resource deployment to meet customer and business metrics Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation Develop long range forecast for region resource needs Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment skills reviews and resource development through advance level training
- Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
- Handli diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have an Engineering degree or technical diploma with relevant equivalent experience
- Have 10 years of experience in cementing operations
- Have 5 years of offshore experience with Seahawk experience
- Have experience managing a team
- Have experience in project leadership
- Be a team player and display excellent communication skills in English
