What Youll Do
- Oversee daily operations with flair precision and a passion for hospitality
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Curate the vibe from sports screenings to themed nights and community events
- Manage inventory budgets and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health safety and licensing standards
- Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to elevate the brand experience
Qualifications :
- A seasoned hospitality professional with 3 years in venue or restaurant management
- Passionate about sports food and creating memorable guest moments
- A natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced high-energy environments
- Familiar with Dubais F&B scene and local regulations
