Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled CNS/ATM Project Manager to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex Communication Navigation Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) projects ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage CNS/ATM projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to scope schedule and budget
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and resource allocations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers technicians and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks implementing effective solutions
- Manage project budgets and financial aspects including forecasting and cost control
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards throughout project lifecycle
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members stakeholders and senior management
- Monitor project progress prepare status reports and present updates to leadership
- Conduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in CNS/ATM systems
Qualifications :
- UAE National
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Aviation or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing CNS/ATM projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMP PRINCE2)
- Proven expertise in CNS/ATM systems and technologies
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera)
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting financial management and risk assessment
- In-depth understanding of aviation regulations and standards (ICAO FAA EASA)
- Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
