Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve company revenue targets, developing strategies to grow market share, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role involves setting sales goals, analyzing data, and implementing sales plans that align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed sales reports for management.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy.

Negotiate and close deals with major clients and partners.

Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance.

Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.

Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
