Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join IIQAF in Dubai. As a Sales Manager you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Hospital/Health Care industry. You will be responsible for leading a sales team developing strategic sales plans and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
At IIQAF the Sales Manager position is crucial for fostering strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will be involved in exciting projects that focus on promoting our products and services increasing market share and optimizing sales processes to maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Lead motivate and manage a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Analyze sales data trends and reports to improve performance and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads and expand network connections.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts budgets and reports to the senior management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Hospital/Health Care industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
- Strong understanding of sales principles methods practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to drive sales performance.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing successful sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
