The consultant will assist clients in selecting their dream wedding gowns and accessories offering expert style guidance and emotional support throughout the process. Key Responsibilities

Welcome brides and their guests taking time to understand their style preferences and wedding vision.
Recommend suitable gowns veils and accessories that reflect each brides individuality and budget.
Conduct fittings and coordinate with alteration teams to ensure perfect garment tailoring.
Maintain detailed records of client appointments preferences and purchases.
Stay up to date on current bridal fashion trends designers and seasonal collections.
Ensure the showroom remains organized elegant and visually inspiring.
Handle sales transactions and assist with inventory management of gowns and accessories.
Offer empathy and reassurance during what is often an emotional high-stakes decision-making process.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and joyful client experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bridal fashion retail or luxury customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
Excellent sense of style and knowledge of bridal trends.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
High school diploma required; a degree in fashion or related field is a plus.
Lebanese nationality preferred.
