Job Summary

The Opportunity:

The Channel Partner Sales Coordinator supports the LSS channel sales strategy by managing partner relationships and coordinating sales activities. This role is essential for driving revenue growth through effective partner engagement regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

What were looking for:

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Business Administration or related field.

24 years of experience in channel sales partner management or sales coordination within the Life Sciences or healthcare industry.

Technical education in Chemistry or Biology is a plus.

Language skills such as Arabic and French is a plus in this role

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards in Life Sciences.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint).

How youll thrive and crate an impact:

Channel Partner Sales Coordination

Serve as the primary liaison for assigned LSS channel partners.

Support channel partners by monitoring the internal day-to-day operations performance KPI (orders documentation logistics). Secure high level of service for the strategic distributor partners.

Support partner onboarding training and enablement to ensure compliance with regulatory and product requirements.

Maintain accurate partner records certifications and performance metrics.

Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Sales Activities Management

Assist in planning and executing channel sales campaigns for LSS products and solutions.

Monitor partner sales pipelines and provide regular updates to the Channel Sales Manager.

Coordinate marketing materials product info and training sessions.

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing Regulatory Affairs Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of partner programs.

Design and drive promotions and sales-enhancing activities with the Channel Manager.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and report sales data and partner performance regularly.

Analyze partner performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Support quarterly business reviews with key partners including data-driven insights.

Administrative Support

Handle administrative tasks like partner onboarding and compliance documentation.

Ensure timely completion of mandatory product and compliance training.
