- Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives including surveys events and feedback sessions.
- Assist in the development and organization of training materials and programs.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Conduct research on best practices in talent management and organizational culture.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving workplace culture.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Psychology or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time-management skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
