Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Kitchen Sales Designer to join our this role you will work with clients to design functional and visually appealing kitchen spaces while offering a range of products and solutions to meet their needs. You will collaborate with clients designers and contractors to create the kitchen of their dreams.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their kitchen design needs preferences and budget constraints.
Design and Planning: Utilize design software and tools to create detailed kitchen plans including layouts cabinetry appliances and finishes.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest kitchen design trends and product offerings including cabinetry counter tops fixtures and appliances.
Sales: Present and sell kitchen design concepts and products to clients providing product information pricing and options.
Estimates and Quotations: Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations for clients.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to evaluate existing kitchen spaces and measurements ensuring accurate and feasible design proposals.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects contractors and builders to ensure the successful execution of kitchen projects.
Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of client interactions designs and project details.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Sales Designer or similar role in the home improvement or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in kitchen design software (Winner flex 2020) and the ability to create 3D renderings (Sketch up 3DS max etc)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen design trends products and communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within budget constraints.
- Project management skills and the ability to multitask.
- A degree in interior design architecture or a related field is a plus.
