Job Description

Description

Role : Operations Officer - WFO
Location : Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:

Maintain tight and high quality Operational and Administrative controls

Key Accountabilities of the role

  1. Ensure timely and accurate processing of finance transaction requests received via BPM Workflow System and WFOServices email in line with agreed turnaround times..

  1. Review and process all finance disbursement documents across various products (e.g. Murabaha Istissna Sukuk Lombard Tadawul ..etc) ensuring compliance with approval protocols and Sharia guidelines.

  1. Process all AED and FCY outward fund transferstransactions for settlements and miscellaneous instructions ensuring alignment with internal policies ensuring proper authorization and adherence to cut-off timelines...

  1. Ensure daily reconciliation of MAP and GL accounts (including Khalifa Fund/MOPA) maintain accurate MIS updates and escalate unresolved items promptly.

  1. Manage records of commodity trades reconcile MAP accounts with brokers and ensure timely processing of monthly broker fee payments..

  1. Manage the maintenance and reconciliation of commodity trade records ensuring timely broker fee payments and alignment with MAP account balances.

  1. Review control reports udpate/follow up deferral of documents and ensure proper document scanning and archiving and enforce adherence to service delivery standards and audit requirements.

  1. Provide guidance to team members support international branches and assist in processing structured/syndicated deals and cross-functional training initiatives..

  1. Lead resolution for transactional discrepancies report significant deviations and ensure compliance with ADIB policies and procedures..

  1. Support BCP initiatives by maintaining readiness and resilience across operations in coordination with the BCP Coordinator.

  1. Regularly assess operational workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency control and service quality.

  1. Evaluate operational workflows periodically and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency control and service quality.

  1. Promote continuous learning through training programs and mentorship fostering a culture of growth and operational excellence..

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:


  • Leadership/Team Wok/Good Communication skills/Highly organized
  • Master/Bachelor Degree in Banking and Accounting
  • 3-4 years of Banking experience in the Finance origination and after service
