Role Purpose:
Liaise with respective department to ensure TAT is maintained as per HF Policy for internal unit coordination.
Maintain MIS to ensure 100% Service Quality.
Manage leads and LMS system and related data.
Manages office requirements.
Responsible for Sales Support Related activity to facilitate smooth transaction and closer of business.

- RCSA control.
- RCSA control.
- Pro active and very energetic.
Results Required:
- Accurate MIS system.
- TAT- 24 Hours .
- Department efficiency.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Pro active and very energetic.
- Efficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Highly organized.
- Advanced computer skills.
