As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible providing administrative and service support to the sales team by responding to new business leads and calling existing clients for repeat business in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be required to enter bookings on the system and follow up in an effort to convert inquiries to confirm business and attend to the delivery of clients requests. We will ensure that you are equipped with a good knowledge of the hotels facilities and services so that you are confident to interact and negotiate with the guests.
Qualifications :
College degree
Minimum 2 years experience in hotel sales
Good communication and social skills
Flexible and co-operative
Good English skills
Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)
