Are you a marketing student eager to bridge classroom theory with real-world purpose-driven campaigns Talents of Endearment seeks a creative data-savvy intern to amplify our brand and social impact initiatives. You ll collaborate with industry mentors develop AI-augmented marketing strategies and contribute to projects like SpeedX (empowering 100K students worldwide) and 20X (youth innovation competitions). Gain hands-on experience in a remote-first globally minded team while building a portfolio of tangible achievements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Purpose-Driven Campaign Development
Co-create content for social media (LinkedIn Instagram TikTok) blogs and newsletters highlighting TE s initiatives (e.g. Emiratisation/Saudization programs Youth Innovation Labs).
Design visuals using Canva/Adobe Suite for campaigns promoting TECA (Career Accelerator) and TEL (innovation labs).
2. Data Analytics & Market Research
Analyze digital metrics (Google Analytics social insights) to optimize campaigns and report on engagement trends.
Research competitor strategies in experiential learning and talent development across UAE Saudi Arabia and global markets.
3. Experiential Recruitment Support
Assist in pre-recruitment preparation for TE s industry partners including sourcing candidates and coordinating simulated work placements.
Contribute to employer branding projects that showcase TE s CSR impact (e.g. sustainability diversity initiatives).
4. Technology & Innovation
Requirements
Required
Enrollment in a Bachelor s program (Marketing Communications Business or related field).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva/Adobe Suite).
Curiosity about AI data analytics and global talent trends.
Strong storytelling skills with a passion for purpose-driven branding.
Self-motivated with ability to manage remote workflows.
Preferred
Familiarity with SEO Google Analytics or CRM systems.
Experience creating content for clubs nonprofits or personal projects.
Interest in cross-cultural initiatives (UAE/Saudi markets a plus)
