As a Head Spa Therapist you will be responsible for supervising daily spa operations training therapists and delivering treatments to the highest standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your leadership career within one of the most exclusive luxury hospitality projects in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead train and mentor the spa therapy team to maintain five-star service standards.
- Perform and oversee spa treatments ensuring consistency and quality.
- Monitor guest satisfaction resolve concerns and enhance the overall spa experience.
- Collaborate with the Spa Supervisor/Manager to implement new treatments and promotions.
- Ensure all spa areas equipment and products are well-maintained and stocked.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist Head Spa Therapist or similar leadership role in luxury resorts hotels or wellness centers.
- Professional certifications in massage facials and spa therapies.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
