Job Summary
Required Tele-Sales Executives immediately for Dubai (UEA) Any Graduate Male with 2 5yrs experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating Leads: Identifying potential customers and establishing initial contact.
- Making Sales: Persuading customers to purchase products or services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Handling Inquiries: Addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Resolving Issues: Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints.
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales performance.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales goals.
- Providing Customer Service: Offering assistance and support to customers.
Skills Required:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication active listening and persuasive abilities.
- Sales Skills: Ability to identify needs present value and close deals.
- Customer Service Skills: Patience empathy and ability to handle customer inquiries.
