Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Telesales Insurance Executive to join our dynamic team in the insurance industry. As a Telesales Insurance Executive you will play a crucial role in promoting our range of insurance products to potential clients through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective clients via phone calls educate them about our insurance offerings and tailor solutions to meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products accordingly.
- Explain policy features benefits and terms clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
- Handle objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of calls customer information and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and terminology is preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or insurance is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of telesales or customer-facing sales experience.
- Familiarity with insurance products such as life health or general insurance is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
