JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in Abu Dhabi with a focus on Chinese-owned businesses or companies with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence especially within sectors familiar with or requiring Mandarin-speaking support.
Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare customized staffing solutions negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
Market Analysis: Track market trends competitor activities and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with recruitment operations and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities align with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Job Requirement / Qualifications
- Language: Chinese & English
- Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (both required).
- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the recruitment industry or solutions sales domain.
- Preferred UAE or GCC experience.
- Industry Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of staffing services or workforce outsourcing.
- Experience working with Chinese corporates or multinational organizations is a plus.
- Other Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise client management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
