Job Summary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in Abu Dhabi with a focus on Chinese-owned businesses or companies with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence especially within sectors familiar with or requiring Mandarin-speaking support.

Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare customized staffing solutions negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.

Market Analysis: Track market trends competitor activities and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with recruitment operations and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities align with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Job Requirement / Qualifications

  • Language: Chinese & English
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (both required).
  • Education: Bachelors degree in business administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the recruitment industry or solutions sales domain.
    • Preferred UAE or GCC experience.
  • Industry Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of staffing services or workforce outsourcing.
    • Experience working with Chinese corporates or multinational organizations is a plus.
  • Other Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise client management.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
