We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about property driven by results and eager to grow your career in a forward-thinking company this is the perfect role for you.
Tasks
- Conduct property tours using advanced VR technology to provide prospective clients with immersive real estate experiences.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood and agreed upon by all parties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends property values and competitive offerings to provide clients with informed advice.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts including developers financiers and legal professionals to facilitate smooth real estate transactions.
Requirements
Requirements
- 12 years of proven sales experience (real estate background strongly preferred)
- Excellent negotiation communication and client relationship skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Ambitious self-motivated and target-driven
