Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about property driven by results and eager to grow your career in a forward-thinking company this is the perfect role for you.

Tasks

Conduct property tours using advanced VR technology to provide prospective clients with immersive real estate experiences.
Collaborate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Negotiate sales and rental agreements ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood and agreed upon by all parties.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends property values and competitive offerings to provide clients with informed advice.
Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts including developers financiers and legal professionals to facilitate smooth real estate transactions.

Requirements

Requirements

12 years of proven sales experience (real estate background strongly preferred)
Excellent negotiation communication and client relationship skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Ambitious self-motivated and target-driven
