Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized career guidance and mentorship to individuals
- Assist clients in setting and achieving career development goals
- Conduct assessments to identify strengths interests and areas for growth
- Create customized career plans and strategies for clients
- Offer support and advice on job search techniques resume writing and interview preparation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in career mentoring coaching or counseling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of career development theories and practices
- Certifications in career coaching or related fields are a plus
