As a contractor you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid mode providing guidance and support to individuals in their career development journey. Responsibilities:

Provide personalized career guidance and mentorship to individuals
Assist clients in setting and achieving career development goals
Conduct assessments to identify strengths interests and areas for growth
Create customized career plans and strategies for clients
Offer support and advice on job search techniques resume writing and interview preparation

Requirements:

Prior experience in career mentoring coaching or counseling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to empathize and build rapport with clients
Knowledge of career development theories and practices
Certifications in career coaching or related fields are a plus
