Job Description

Project co-ordination

ERP Level 1 support

Meeting with developers to discuss the

project requirements & workflow

Define detail project implementation plans

Serve as the lead contact for daily customer

interaction and implementation activities

Develop track and report key

implementation progress metrics

Role of ERP support executive

Software testing

Involved in the quality assurance stage of

software development and deployment

Prioritizing and escalating issues when

needed and keeping customers informed of

progress

Training the customers
