Job Summary
Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and targetdriven Business Development Manager with 5 years of proven experience in insurance sales in the UAE either with insurers or brokers.
You will manage your own book of business and lead growth initiatives across General Insurance including Medical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and renewals independently in the first year
- Based on performance 2nd year build and lead a 3member sales team
- Manage SME corporate and individual client portfolios
- Coordinate with insurers for competitive underwriting
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years UAE insurance sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Medical Motor & NonMotor insurance
- Excellent network with clients and insurers in the region
- Bachelors degree (mandatory)
