About the Role
Our client a growing IT solutions and services company is seeking a proactive and results-drivenSales / Business Development Managerto drive B2B sales within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will manage multiple accounts generate leads close deals and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for IT services and products
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Manage multiple sales projects with consistent follow-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Prepare commercial proposals presentations and pricing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 23 years ofB2B sales experience in the UAE(IT/Tech industry preferred)
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals
- Highly organized proactive and target-driven
- Must becurrently based in the UAE
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
