The Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the General Manager at CNS Middle East. This role requires a high level of professionalism discretion and efficiency to ensure smooth daytoday operations and support strategic initiatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the GMs calendar schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Organize travel arrangements accommodations and itineraries
- Prepare correspondence reports and presentations as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Act as the point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders
- Support in preparation of executivelevel documentation and project tracking
- Attend meetings and take minutes as necessary
- Assist in organizing company events workshops and board meetings
- Manage filing systems and ensure records are accurate and uptodate
- Monitor and follow up on tasks and deadlines on behalf of the GM
Qualifications :
Education: Minimum requirement is a Diploma or higher; a Bachelors degree or higher is preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years of administrative experience supporting executives is required; experience in a transformation project environment is a plus.
Skills & Abilities: Strong communication and organizational skills ability to maintain confidentiality effective time management and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Preferred skills include advanced PowerPoint and reporting capabilities along with basic project management knowledge.
