Job Description
Allison Jones Consulting Services is hiring on behalf of our clients in the quickservice restaurant industry in Canada. We are looking for experienced Food Counter Attendants (FCA) and Food Service Supervisors (FSS) to join leading restaurant brands under the Francophone Mobility Program.
Responsibilities:
Food Counter Attendant (FCA)
Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
Prepare package and serve food and drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
Process payments and operate cash registers.
Food Service Supervisor (FSS)
Supervise and coordinate the activities of food counter staff.
Ensure food safety and service standards are met.
Train and evaluate employees.
Manage inventory and place supply orders.
Candidate Requirements
Food Counter Attendant (FCA):
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (QuickService Restaurants like McDonalds or Burger King preferred).
Must be bilingual in English and French (spoken & written).
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
Food Service Supervisor (FSS):
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry (McDonalds experience is a strong asset).
Must be bilingual in English and French (spoken & written).
Strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
