Ontime Group is searching for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver for a longterm patient located in Abu Dhabi. In this vital role you will provide continuous highquality care that enhances the quality of life for our patient focusing on both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Responsibilities

Assist the patient with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
Monitor the patients health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
Administer medication as prescribed and assist with physical therapy exercises if required
Provide companionship and emotional support engaging the patient in social and recreational activities
Maintain a safe and clean living environment ensuring the patients comfort and hygiene
Document daily care provided and any significant observations about the patients condition
Coordinate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed
Uphold the dignity and privacy of the patient at all times

Requirements

Proven experience as a caregiver particularly for longterm patients
Understanding of basic healthcare principles and practices
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine love for helping others
Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
Reliability and dependability in attendance and care delivery
Flexible availability to accommodate the needs of the patient
