We are currently partnering with a leading technology company to recruit a Regional Head of FP&A based in Dubai. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving financial planning forecasting and analysis across the region providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
What Youll be Doing
- Lead the FP&A function across the region overseeing budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyse performance optimise costs and drive profitability.
- Develop robust financial models and tools to support scenario planning and data-driven decisions.
- Ensure alignment between regional financial goals and global corporate strategy.
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
- Deliver clear concise financial reporting and presentations to regional and global leadership.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (MBA or professional certification such as CPA CFA or ACCA is preferred).
- 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in the technology or digital sector is highly advantageous.
- Proven expertise in financial modelling forecasting and strategic analysis.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems ERP tools and Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
